![]() PDFMOutlook.old, then created a plain file called I even renamed the PDFMOutlook.dll file to I never really found a solution but several posts suggested registry changes that didn't make a difference. This has been going on for a few weeks now and I have Googled this issue. I immediately checked the COM add-ins and somehow the Adobe PDFmaker was reinstalled and enabled. She went about three days with no Outlook problems. ![]() That let me go back into COM add-ins and remove the Adobe PDFmaker. Even though this user is a local admin I closed Outlook and clicked "Run as administrator". I tried to remove the add-in but it told me I needed administrative privileges. I went back to the COM Add-ins and there was only one that had somehow re-enabled itself, the Adobe Acrobat DC PDFmaker. When she told me her Outlook had locked up again I had to use Taskmanager to close Outlook and I opened it again. In an effort to troubleshoot it I disabled all add-ins for Outlook and she was able to work for about a day or two with no problems. I made sure Windows 10 is up to date and all hardware drivers too. Her computer is less than a year old Intel i5, 16GB, 512GB SSD running Win10Pro with Microsoft Office 365 for business. I have a worker who is having an issue with Outlook randomly freezing multiple times a day.
